Youtube has some requirements: nothing abusive to cats (you’d be amazed at what some people consider “entertaining:” waterboarding, cats in dryers, etc. We will not submit such videos.)
No children! Youtube has a very narrow definition of “exploitation,” and frowns upon children in videos. Considering that they must “vet” thousands of videos every day, it makes sense to disallow children. And also, no adults, especially in which the adult’s face can be recognized.
